Our dedication to customer service and satisfaction begins as soon as you move to our community. We only need 2−3 business days to get your account and service set up. If you rent your home or commercial space, please visit our office to sign up for service as a deposit and application are required. Deposit amounts vary and we can better serve you in person. Contact us today to get started.
If you need to cancel your service or transfer it to another address, please notify us 2−3 business days in advance. And for service transfers, please note that a forwarding address and phone number are required for the process to begin. Contact us or stop by our business office to request a transfer of service application form or for more information.

However, Delano Municipal Utilities conveniently offers multiple options for paying your bill: by mail (check or money order), in-person, online payment (E-check or credit card), and our free automatic bill pay service.

Water service lines are owned and maintained by the property owner, from and including the home or business’s connection to the water main. This also includes the water service gate valve. Although service line repair or replacement is the property owner’s responsibility, please contact Delano Municipal Utilities at (763)-972-0557 for help determining if and where there is a leak.
